At Nalamidam.net, we take complaints and grievances seriously and strive to resolve them in a timely and effective manner. To address any grievances, we have established a Grievance Redressal Cell, which can be contacted by individuals who have a complaint or grievance related to the content published on our online Malayalam news portal.

Individuals can address their grievances to our Grievance Officer, Nidheesh Vrindavanam, who can be reached at complaints@nalamidam.in. The Grievance Officer can also be contacted by mail at the following address:

When filing a complaint, individuals are requested to provide a summary of the details of the content that they believe is in violation of our Code of Ethics, along with a specification of how it is a violation with respect to the Code of Ethics. They should also specify the exact section from the Code of Ethics that they are referencing in the violation/complaint.

Please note that all complaints are subject to Kasargod Jurisdiction limits only.

If the grievance is not resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant, they may escalate their complaint to the Level II Self-Regulatory Body, which is the Journalist and Media Association Grievances Council (JMAGC).
